Cresivis 96-well parallel dialysis plate

The design separates sample handling from dialysis exchange. Open wells on top work exactly like an ordinary 96-well plate, while an independent regenerated-cellulose tubular membrane beneath each well immerses its active section in the dialysate. Fluid paths are isolated well to well, with no carryover.

Information needed before configuration

Model, membrane material, and container system are selected around the application goal. More complete inputs lead to a configuration that is closer to your actual requirement.

  • Sample type and target molecular-weight range, and the components to remove (salts, ethanol, small-molecule impurities)
  • Sample volume per well, chosen between 50 and 400 μL by model
  • Throughput: a single plate, multiple plates, or integration into an automated platform
  • Dialysate type, volume, exchange frequency, temperature, and time
  • Validation criteria: recovery, residual removal, cross-contamination, and membrane integrity
